Absolutely. The Team plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. You can cancel anytime during or after the trial period.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You’ll retain access to your account through the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free Starter plan. Your documents and conversations remain accessible, but you’ll be subject to Starter plan limits.
How do I add or remove team members?
Team admins can add or remove members from the workspace settings page at any time. Billing is prorated automatically—you only pay for the time each user has access. Removing a member immediately revokes their access.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual subscribers save 20% compared to monthly billing. Contact our sales team if you need a custom plan for larger teams or enterprise requirements.
